Experience and Dedication: As a tutor these are some of my values and methods of teaching: 1) I don’t rush and I take my time to teach students to ensure they fully understand the concept because it’s important they understand what they are learning rather than rushing and doing my job as a tutor. 2) I would prepare flash cards to help students to remember facts and information effectively. I would also prepare small quizzes or simple tests to monitor students progress and how much they understand. 3) I don’t believe in scolding or being angry as that can negatively affect morale. It’s perfectly fine to make mistakes as that will open up opportunities to learn more and not repeat the mistake in the future.
