Type of Tutor: Part Time Tutor
Experience (in year): 1 - 2 Years
Experience and Dedication: One of my key strategies is using abbreviations to help students retain information effortlessly. By associating concepts, with creative memory aids, students find it easier to recall key concepts and ideas during exams. I also work very closely with the student with structured guidance and a fund student centred approach. I don’t rush lessons and my goal is to help every student improve.

Qualification: A Level
Type of Tutor: Part Time Tutor
Experience (in year): 1 - 2 Years
Experience and Dedication: Hi I am Charith, recent graduate from yijc. Before u guys start to back out as I am from a 'low tier' JC, hear me out. Entering JC was pretty scary especially since I was taking h2 math which is very troublesome if your O level A-Math and E-Math were funky (P.S mine was funky HAHA) Initially I was struggling to grasp and catch up to the quick pace, but thanks to the tuitions I went to, I eventually was able to master math and it also gave me a perfect template of what exactly is a 'good' tuition. A good tuition honestly is a tuition where u don't need to study by yourself after your tuition because ur tutor is covering every single question type, meticulous explanations and never shy to fixing any early misconceptions. Math, arguably in my eyes, was the easiest for me to improve as my technique simply was questions and questions. As your tutor, it is my job to find those questions and ensure that every minute spent in my class is solely to increase ur exposure to as many disturbing questions as possible so that when exams come, you will be smiling, I assure you that I will give my 100% and I do expect that 100% from my students too :). Additionally, thanks to my good grades within school, I have done voluntary tutoring (even recieved training) for Northbrooks Secondary School for 10 weeks during my J2 and also did tutoring for primary and lower sec math in Edufirst Learning Centre for 1 year, so I am not a novice either. In summary, my job is to source and find questions for you to do so that when exams come, you wont be suddenly stumped by 'new' questions as that's the job of a tutor to do. Exposure!
