Experience and Dedication: CHEM WISE: Currently working as a part time tutor, specialising in H2 Chemistry only. Started as a tutor last year and had 4 students with me last year, currently having 4 students, 2 J1s and 2 J2s. I took H3 chemistry where the bulk is focused on organic chemistry hence I am very familiar with organic chemistry and I am able to provide in-depth explanations and links between different topics for students to understand better. I will emphasize the main components of organic chemistry such as resonance, hybridisation, delocalisation, steric effect etc with the students because these are the commonly tested concepts in exams and yet many schools tend to neglect it. Notable improvements : One of my students improved from low U in MCTs to C in MYEs in less than 3 months and students that just joined me in july/august managed to attain a minimum of B in A levels. I will guarantee notable improvements if students are able to work closely with me and I will do weekly checks to ensure progress in their work.
