Experience and Dedication: I am currently serving as an Associate Lecturer and Practicum Supervisor with National Institute of Early Childhood Development - Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NIEC-NP), teaching and supervising practicum for various Early Childhood Education Courses, including the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention, Special Needs; Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support, and Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education. Prior to this, I had been working as an Educator specializing in Special Learning Needs for approximately 18 years. In addition, I have taught English Language (Preparatory for Government Schools, Conversational, and Academic) to foreign students, including adults. I have also taught the English Proficiency Program under the American College Test (ACT) to a group of foreign students. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Special Education (Flinders University); Certificate in Special Education (NIE); Specialist Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Certificate in TESOL. I am also a qualified Adult Educator having completed the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) course.
