Experience and Dedication: Now in my ITE educator lap, I have seen through many types of students. The very brainy type and the types that need more nuturing and guidance (perhaps due to their disadvantage family background). Whilst over here, I am also trained on how to handle students with special needs like ADHD, autism, depression types. In my uni and fresh grad (2-4years) days , I used to teach O level math+A Math and physics and stretching even to A level math and physics. Having seen thru the students under me turning from a disinterested student into someone excelling in the subject is my greatest joy. Having been in education, I find the important factor impeding learning is what we tutor need to find out first. Upon knowing this, we are better able to prescribe the right formula to fix the issue.
