He improved from AL 5 to AL 3 within 6 months • I take on a different approach with primary and secondary students. I tend to use a reward based system for primary school students to keep them engaged and eager to ask questions, however I am strict about homework because I believe it’s essential to recap what has been taught. For secondary school, my approach is similar but I delve into deeper detail, and focus on each student carefully and their topics of weakness. I tend to move at a pace faster than the school to ensure they arent falling behind.
