Experience and Dedication: I have served as a volunteer tutor under the People’s association for three years throughout my time in Secondary School and Junior College. I focused on teaching English and Mathematics to my students. Two of my primary 5 students saw their grades jump from high 60s to high 70s for the respective subjects I taught them (Math and English) while i received feedback from the parents of the primary 3 student that I taught that she had become more eager and enthusiastic about Mathematics as a subject. I wish to teach my students to love the subject! I focus largely on teaching examination techniques and consistent practices which i feel are quintessential for excelling academically. I also enjoy getting to know my students on a personal level which I feel is imperative for a good learning experience.
