Experience and Dedication: Hi I am Ting Wei. In my JC years, I took PCMH and achieved 90 rp . I am also currently enrolled in the NUS College PPE course. In addition, I have hands-on tutoring experience, including my ongoing involvement with Tasek's Academic Coaching, where I tutor disadvantaged children. Through this role, I have received training in maintaining professional boundaries, conflict resolution, and effectively motivating students by understanding their individual learning styles. Overall, Tasek's Academic Mentoring had given me invaluable experience in learning how to teach others. Additionally, I have taught primary school. Furthermore, as part of a VIA project during my JC years, I have tutored primary school kids in English. Overall, I believe that these experiences have helped me grow into a better tutor who is able to effectively teach and understand his students!
