Experience and Dedication: I have previously thought other P4 and P5 students. One of the P4 student have went from failing at 30 % to passing at 65% in in his recent final year exam. The other P5 student have went from failing at 40% to passing at 70%. Both have shown significant improvement in the understanding of the topic. I would aim to slowly tackle the student's weakness by understanding their misconception and find ways to break down different concept so that they can understand it better. I would try to build a relationship with the student so that I can motivate and inspire them to strive for better results.
