Experience and Dedication: -Teaching style: I focus on developing conceptual understanding so that the same set of skills and concepts can be applied to similar questions. I also provide useful tips and strategies on how to manage the exam well to my students. So far, I have 100% passes for all my students from private tuition. Most of them started off with a failing grade. If the student is going for Stretch, I also have strategies to engage them. My plan for the student: First, to diagnose any needs/gaps of the student pertaining to the subject and determine his/her readiness level of the subject. Second, to come out with a customised plan for the student to follow in order to see improvement in the subject. Third, to slowly build confidence in the subject by providing useful exam tips and strategies to cope with the exam demands.
