Experience and Dedication: I was a Subject Head (Mathematics) who lead a team of mathematics teachers to design curriculum, pedagogy and assessment for the all levels and streams (Sec 1 to 5, G1 to G3) for both Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. I deploy differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students. I attained Caring Teacher award, Teacher-Leader award and Role-model award during my journey with MOE schools. I practise building rapports with students, having patience towards students with learning difficulties/ weaker in Math, stretching students of higher abilities (e.g. IP students) and deepening conceptual understanding of abstract mathematical concepts and ideas.
