Experience and Dedication: I am an NUS Engineering graduate with 7 years of full-time experience teaching Secondary 1–4 Mathematics and Science. Unlike tutors who primarily have experience teaching on a part-time basis, I have spent seven years working with secondary school students in a full-time teaching environment. This has given me extensive experience understanding how students learn, where they commonly struggle, and how to address gaps in their understanding .My seven years of teaching experience have allowed me to work with students across a wide range of abilities—from students who need to rebuild their fundamentals to those who want to strengthen their examination performance. I understand that students do not all struggle for the same reasons. Some may have gaps in foundational knowledge, while others understand the concepts but struggle to apply them to unfamiliar questions. My role is to identify the underlying issue and adapt the lesson 100% passing rate My lessons are designed to help students progress through four stages: UNDERSTAND → APPLY → PRACTISE → MASTER Students should gradually become less dependent on guidance and more capable of tackling questions independently. I believe that improvement is not only reflected in marks. Other important indicators include: * Greater confidence when approaching questions * Stronger understanding of fundamental concepts * Fewer recurring mistakes * Improved ability to explain their reasoning
