Experience and Dedication: I have previously thought other P4 and P5 students. One of the P4 student have went from failing at 30 % to passing at 65% in in his recent final year exam. The other P5 student have went from failing at 40% to passing at 70%. Both have shown significant improvement in the understanding of the topic. I would aim to slowly tackle the student's weakness by understanding their misconception and find ways to break down different concept so that they can understand it better. Experience and Dedication: i have been teaching students for 3 years, and specialise teaching primary school maths and science (p3-p6) i am well versed with the syllabus and exam answering techniques. I have , 1 p3 student 2 p4 ,4 p5 and 2 p6 student currently. Their grades have improved significantly ever since i have tutored them, their grades have increased from a 50+ to a 80+(p5,p6,p6,p6) , 40+ to 80+(both p4 and p3) and 60+ to a 90+(p5,p6) for both maths and science.I currently have 8 students from past years that graduated PSLE with AL1/2 in both maths and science. I scored As for O levels for both E maths and A maths, and A for science (physics and chemistry)and have participated in physics olympiad.I have experience teaching students with dyslexia and adhd, and is currently interning at a pharmaceutical company that manufactures medicine(Takeda). My method of teaching includes, first going through content, helping students with their schoolwork , giving them practice questions that i handpicked for each topic, while emphasizing on the keywords especially for science to ensure strong conceptual understanding. I bring a disciplined and scientific approach to my lessons, ensuring that every student gains both confidence and clarity in Maths and Science. Nearing exams, past year exam papers are used to help them prepare for their exams. These papers are assigned to them as homework or graded practice to further spot what concepts or skills students are still lacking in.
